Pandemic Preparedness Resources to Prepare Businesses for a Pandemic Designed for Land Grant University specialists, Cooperative Extension Service educators and/or volunteers located in counties around the United States. Intended for people interested in helping small- and medium-sized businesses survive a potential pandemic. Through this course participants will: develop a basic understanding of pandemic preparedness and the importance of business planning: uncover the significance of communicating regularly with employees before, during and after a pandemic; and understand how businesses can help employees deal with a severe pandemic.
